Raylene Cravens, Owner

"An Everyday lash for an everyday woman!", is my motto. I believe enhancing women's beauty with Lash extensions, not the lashes to be center stage. I love to create beautiful eyes with Novalash Extensions. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2008 and certified in many various services. In June 2010, I became certified by Novalash and found my true passion, Lashes! Since 2011 I focused only on Lash extensions and by that time I already applied over 200 full sets on clients. In March 2013, I traveled to Chicago and was certified as an advanced lash extensionist by Novalash. I was trained and certified by world renowned makeup artist and Novalash advanced trainer Sophia Navarro who also assisted in the development of Novalash products. June 2015, I went to Las Vegas to attend the very first Novalash Advance American Volumizing class with  Sophia Navarro who now is our international advanced trainer. I now have acquired 4 certifications with Novalash and to top it all off, January 2017 I became NovaLash Brand Ambassador Semi Finalist and Novalash Trainer for the state of Oklahoma. It was a huge accomplishment. The Brand Ambassador competition was with 19 countries that are Novalash certified artist.  This year I became Novalash 2018 Brand Ambassador and Novalash LASHoff Lash Artist of the Year Semi Finalist. But one of the best thing was opening my studio June 2017 to provide my staff and clients a beautiful place to go with an amazing atmosphere.  I want to offer women a high end atmosphere and first class customer service. I am driven completely by my passion of Lashes and the love of people. I want people to come in leaving feeling beauty, special and important to us because they are. I'm excited to offer a new studio that will specialize in Lashes and makeup to retail. We will focus on the face at Lash By Lash Or LBL as we like to call it for fun!

My name Kri’Dana I am a licensed cosmetologist, I attended Paul Mitchell and I wouldn’t change my job title for the world. When I was little I used to tell my dad that I was going to save the world one person at a time him being a realist he told me that I wouldn’t be able to, i wanted the best career for me to be able to do that so I chose the beauty industry! I have such a passion for helping people. I love being able to help women enhance their beauty. I am not only a cosmetologist but also a hand to hold, a shoulder to cry on, and sometimes an ear just to listen. I am the youngest oldest soul you’ll ever meet my ultimate goal is to never lose my passion for what I do and to continue to grow myself and my career. I became a certified makeup artist in 2016. I specialize in brows, I worked for Benefit cosmetics for a little over a year and found my way into the lash world. I got certified with Novalash in 2018. I love that the smallest things can make the biggest differences!

I’m a Licensed Esthetician who has been in the makeup industry for over three years. With a background in special effects makeup, my love of the artistry and hard work that goes into turning people into elaborate and imaginative characters led me to become the makeup artist for a popular haunted house, and for a recent music video for a Grammy Award-winning rapper. I discovered beauty makeup when I was approached to be the house makeup artist for a play at a local theater. After that successful experience, I flew to LA to attend Ruby Makeup Academy to further my beauty makeup skills. My teacher, Lipstick Nick, has worked with famous musicians and on TV’s “RuPaul's Drag Race,” and she taught me the hottest and latest beauty trends. Continuing my education is important to me as a means to further broaden my versatility. I understand the importance of listening to my clients and achieving the unique look they desire. Enhancing my clients’ natural beauty is important to me, and I strive to make sure my clients feel beautiful even after the makeup is off. I believe makeup is not only fun, but it’s also a way for individuals to express themselves no matter the occasion!

I believe in the power of feeling good in your skin.

With 5 years of experience in the beauty industry , My goal is to make you feel your best.

My first experience with cosmetics inspired me with the intent to become a self taught artist.

I could help others feel the way a blush and lipstick could make you feel. I soon began working for origins skin care in 2014 ,later becoming an artist for MAC cosmetics in 2015. There I established my skills and built a client following . In those 4 years I was published in wedding ideas Magazine ,and worked with models for Adora Lee photography . After becoming certified as an advanced artist by MAC ,I wanted to go further in the industry . In 2018 I acquired my esthetics license giving more options for my clients .

My favorite thing about this industry is how personal it is and how the experiences can really make a lasting impression ,and build friendships .
